An isometric drawing is a type of 3D drawing that uses a 3D representation where the angles between the axes are always 120 degrees. My drawing app has an isometric setting which forces all the pen strokes to be either vertical or at 60 degrees to the vertical, in order to simplify the creation of isometric drawings. This drawing of a rose is not an isometric projection, but it was created with the isometric setting activated on the drawing app.
The resulting flower is rather angular, but pleasingly recognisable. I can’t now remember why I decided to try this, but it was quite amusing to do.
