Toome Hill Park is surrounded by buildings that belong to Tartu University. I’m not sure whether this cafe is also part of the university too – although my guess is probably not. We visited slightly out of season, so this place was closed when we saw it, but as a haven of peace in the middle of a busy town I suspect it gets its fair share of passing trade when it is open.
As with the previous few posts, this view should be overwhelmingly green, but again having only a black pen to hand means that the image is strictly black and white. However, I was reasonably pleased with the range of lights and darks I managed to get in this sketch, so overall happy with the outcome.
